LEED Project Manager Job Opening

We are a San Diego and Los Angeles based, women-owned, LEED/sustainability consulting firm.

The successful candidate will be based in our San Diego office, located in the fashionable Solana Beach area, walking distance from Amtrak.

Our projects include: offices, retail, military installations, hospitality, education, residential and industrial applications.

We currently are seeking to fill the following full-time position immediately:

LEED Project Manager - immediate opening
This individual would be a LEED Accredited Professional with solid LEED project management
experience.
Duties:
• Provide green building consulting services and analysis to support LEED and other green
building projects (some overnight travel may be required)
• Take management responsibility from start to finish for multiple projects
• Manage the LEED documentation and certification process
• Assist in contracted work for various public agencies and developers
Qualifications/Skills:
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent presentation, communication, organizational and computer skills
• Cooperative people skills to facilitate working with colleagues and clients
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute numerous project responsibilities
• Commitment to sustainability and the USGBC Mission

Salary based on experience.

Project-Design Architects / Project Managers: with min. 5 yrs. experience in educational, institutional, civic, and public bid projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD 14 or greater preferred.

Job Captains / Senior & Intermediate CAD Technicians: with experience in institutional, military, and educational projects preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD 14 or greater required. Photoshop, rendering / graphics, 3D CAD / modeling a plus.

Receptionist /Administrative Asst.: with experience in an Architectural office or related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and multi-line telephone system required.
